About 2 years ago i bought 3 stuff but only one came after contacting a lot if times I’ve gotten an answer that they would send me the rest but they never came i contacted them again and again and then they told me that i would get my money back but I’ve never received my money nor my clothes but since it was a sale i didn’t pay much but still never got my money:/

When my order initially didnt arrive, they took 3 weeks to get back to me and agree to send it again. However once they promised this, after another two weeks they contact me telling me that they are now out of stock in the item i ordered and will refund me immediately.
Two weeks later and i still have not received a refund and are ignoring my countless emails.

I received my order without the return label, I have asked several times to send me a return label, in order to return a garment that was too large, and I did not receive anything, and only the staff ignores my emails

Ordered some jeans from The Ragged Priest, and they did come within 5 days. But they are so small! I ordered a size up and they were still very tight. The material is thick though

Ordered 2 weeks ago still no update of my package being shipped out haven’t had a shipment email I have sent them an email no reply I also sent them a message on Instagram they read my message but ignored and didn’t reply back all I wanted was an update even if their was a sale going on!!! I might just cancel my whole order as this is just taking too long I don’t want to experience this ever again won’t be ordering from them again...

I wish I could give 0 reviews. Do NOT shop on this site. It is safe to order ragged priest from other well know stores but do not use this site. I read the reviews before hand and thought to give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. All of the reviews are right. I ordered one pair of jeans and they couldn’t even get that right, they just sent me the wrong pair. I emailed them four times and never got a response. I then tried to return them but they do not pay for shipping returns and it would’ve cost me over $100 to ship back to them so I’m stuck with them. Don’t waste your time

I ordered the revolt knit sweater on dec 30th, however it was a pre-order so I knew it wouldn't arrive for a while. It ended up shipping before the pre-order date and arrived in my city (in Canada) surprisingly fast considering that it came all the way from the UK. The only downside was that the package was out for delivery at one point and then suddenly Fedex told me that they couldn't deliver it because I needed to sort out customs with TRP. Next day, Fedex told me I could actually pay for the customs through them over the phone and it arrived the next day, so just be aware that you might have to pay customs through Fedex, even if initially they say that you have to do it through the ragged priest. I love the sweater too (although it seems like it'll be a pain to wash and it has shed a bit of fuzz)!

I'll be honest, I absolutely love their clothes (fit, quality, style is all amazing, and I have several items from them), but their customer service is beyond horrendous. I was sent the wrong item, which is a little annoying, but I'm always willing to give a company the benefit of the doubt. When I notified customer service of this, I was promised they would send a return shipping label, which they never did. I emailed them again to follow up, but I still haven't received the return label. I'm currently taking up a PayPal dispute, as I don't think I'll have any luck with these clowns. I've had no problems ordering their clothes through Urban Outfitters and ASOS, this is 100% a problem when you order directly through their website.

I wish I would’ve looked at ratings for this shop before purchasing from them. I’ve just seen them around for so long that I suppose I thought they were reputable? I ordered a pair of shoes from them for black friday, and when they arrived, the box was torn up, the shoes were obviously used, and the wrong size. I paid 160 dollars for them to show up new, and instead was given something that had already had damage, lots of it too. Quite honestly i’m not sure how you even send something out in the conditions the sent my stuff in. Save your money, save yourself the time that it will take to deal with these buffoons. I will be surprised if I even hear back from them.

Terrible couriers and terrible customer service. My package was “sent back to sender” for no reason. There is literally no contact address for the courier and when I tried to contact the ragged priest they gave me a fake email and stopped replying!! I spent a lot of money on my order and I’m being ignored completely. If you’re going to purchase any of their stuff please do it through another store that imports their products.

I received my items quite fast however they sizing is completely off everything was baggy even though I am a medium the jeans were 30” but literally were triple the size also the return instructions are not clear and not free
